Literacy Champions

A brand new volunteer position at Digitally Lit, Literacy Champs are book smart, media-savvy youth from across Atlantic Canada tasked with sharing their honest opinion of the Atlantic Canadian books they read with peers. As a Literacy Champ with Digitally Lit: Atlantic Canadian Youth Read, you’ll be tasked with reading and sharing your honest opinion on books made right here in Atlantic Canada. The deal is simple: we’ll provide you with a digital version of the book free of charge and all you have to do is read and provide us with a review to share on social media and the Book Review section of the website. We ask only that you comply with Advertising Standards Canada restrictions and share that you got a #freebook or you were #sponsoredbyDigitallyLit or something of this nature.
To qualify:

You must be between 13 and 25 years of age (proof of age required)

You must have resided somewhere within Atlantic Canada over the past five years.

You must restrict your choice of book to one or more of the following publishers: Acorn Press, Bouton D’or Acadie, Breakwater Books, Goose Lane Editions, Nimbus Publishing.
Limit of 5 books per Literacy Champ.
